Reliability
Applications are not being run on two or three standard servers, but rather on a cluster of high availability commercial grade server farms.

Load balanced software and hardware technology are also used to reinforce our zero downtime model.

Our network backbone is comprised of fully redundant, gigabit, high-end Cisco equipment.

When information leaves the data centers, it travels on two Tier 1 coast-to-coast backbones to ensure a redundant pathway.

We proactively monitor and scan real-time data.

When data enters and leaves our data centers, it first has to go through our secure access layer to be logged and analyzed.

Services such as firewall, antivirus, web content filtering, intrusion detection and prevention, and anti-spam trigger our real-time 24/7 gateway security system to scan and monitor all packets.

If an anomaly is detected, corrective actions will automatically be taken to isolate the problem and a security alert will be sent to our support team so that they may further investigate and provide the proper remedy.

Backup and Recovery
Business continuity is our main focus when structuring backup system and contingency plans to address all levels of uptime requirements. We understand the urgency and needs of our customers to ensure that their data and applications are always available and protected, whether or not there is a system failure or any unforeseen event.

Amerishare offers three comprehensive services to safeguard data and applications:

Backup-to-Disk
Provides fast backup and restore to meet the aggressive backup windows of data flow.
Small backup windows mean less impact on applications and data and increase application
uptime.

All disks are built on hardware redundancy and RAID protection with high availability to help ensure that your data is restored quickly and accurately. This improves IT efficiency and saves hours of staff time when restoring.

Backup-to-Tape
Serves as secondary data protection against accidental data loss. Backup and archive storage at an offsite, offline, out-of-reach location to provide point of data recovery in the event of a catastrophic failure.

Site-to-Site replication
Our second collocation provides maximum data protection and ensures that customers will always have access to their mission critical applications. In the event of a network failure at our primary site, users will automatically be redirected to our second location.
